Our story
Reliefr is a family-owned company that was created based on personal experiences.
In our immediate family, we experienced how pain, stiff joints, and physical discomfort could limit everyday life. This made us aware of how big a difference the right aids can make, and how difficult it often is to find products that actually live up to expectations.
That is why we started Reliefr.
Today, we work every day to develop products that can create more comfort, better freedom of movement, and a higher quality of life. For us, it is not about selling products at any cost, but about helping people to an easier everyday life.
At home in the apartment
Like most entrepreneurs, we started with a very modest budget. Here you see the orders from our very first week with Reliefr, packed and ready in a used shopping cart from Facebook Marketplace. The "warehouse" was the living room in our private apartment, because there was no money for anything else.
It was here in 2024 that the dream started: To bring well-being to all of Denmark and, eventually, the rest of Europe.
Growing pains
In 2024, we grew faster than we had ever imagined, and it quickly became clear that the storage space in our apartment could no longer keep up. It became a year filled with new opportunities, big decisions, and important investments in the future.
That is why we took a big step forward and ordered our very first container of goods – a milestone we had long been looking forward to. At the same time, we moved to an even larger warehouse and opened new markets.
Room to grow
Today we send several hundred packages every single day throughout Europe, but our focus is still the same: high quality, fast delivery, and a good experience from order to delivery. We have created room to grow without compromising on personal service, which we are incredibly proud of.
